The owners of this large
scale property had their hearts on a grandeur entrance that featured
their new home of which they are very proud. Also needed was a
large entertaining area with soft but clear boundaries from the
rest of the property.
With a re-furbishment of the existing walls, by cleaning and rendering,
an inviting entrance guides you along the granite driveway giving
the look and sound of a country manor.
The large drive, broken
up by a planted round-about with feature Magonlia Little Gem
and under planting, brings you to the main entrance to the house.
The large entertaining area used Pavers, with charcoal border,
and wide steps to marry into the pool deck whilst using the pool
as the main feature of the area.
A low rendered retaining wall,
broken up by a tiled section along the pool, gives a low but defining
boundary to the area. Planted garden beds along pool fence have
softened the ‘closed
in' effect of the fence line and will, in the future, give a pleasing
visual border to the area.
Now complete the owners have a massive outdoor room to entertain
in that matches the grand entrance to their new home.
