From the initial consultation, we had a good feeling that our requirements were genuinely being listened to and that even though we weren’t planning anything extravagant, our job was treated as something “special” to us.

This was our first experience in building a new home, and after the experience with our builder where any communication was restricted and changes were extremely painful, dealing with Alliance Landscaping was a pleasure.

We were pleased with the time taken in quoting for the job and actually saw Peter Bell (from Alliance) spending time on our site, deep in thought. Alliance Landscaping were only too happy for us to visit previous jobs (and clients) undertaken - both complete and in progress. We were impressed by the very professional approach and we were amazed that even whilst work was in progress, the site was in order and not a huge mess.

We gave the go-ahead after accepting the quote and the assurances that not everything needed to be in concrete as things may evolve during the build, and regular communication was encouraged. Work commenced on time, with workers on site at 7am every work day and progressed very well. We were again impressed with the professional and friendly team that worked on site, the quality of the work, and it was great that Peter was involved right through the process, from the initial consultation, right through the build and to the completion of work.

There were small issues that were bound to come up during the job, but thanks to a very open communication, and the skill and experience of the Alliance team, these were easily solved. We are delighted with the result of the work and are very thankful for the work of the Alliance Landscape Group.

We have known and contracted Alliance Landscaping Group to execute and complete landscape works to our new home recently. The work included consultation, design, preparation and execution of our property’s external landscape.

We are very happy to provide a recommendation for the team at Alliance Landscape Group who have undertaken various landscape projects at several of our properties over the past 7 years.

One property is on a steep block and has been completely re-landscaped by Alliance in stages over 5 years. Wayne Thomson has overseen all the stages which involved demolition of the existing garden, re-shaping levels, ground preparation, new planting, mulching, installation of drip irrigation systems, trellises, new paving and building retaining walls.

Alliance have also undertaken extensive replanting work at a second property together with ancillary works relating to drip irrigation and paving. We keep coming back to Alliance because they are extremely efficient, work hard and offer value-for-money. We set out to create gardens which not only looked good but were also filled with seaside and drought tolerant plants and which would be low maintenance. We consulted extensively with Wayne to plan out each stage, and on several occasions, consulted with a landscape designer he recommended.

Wayne and his team have always been friendly and polite and have cheerfully endured other building trades concurrently on site. They have also patiently answered lots of questions from our inquisitive small children.

The quality of their work is reflected in 2 gardens which are now thriving, well established and attractive to look at.

We can only speak highly of the Alliance Landscape team and recommend them without hesitation.

I finally found the answer to our backyard nightmare with Alliance Landscapes!!

Our family has struggled for many years with our backyard renovation dreams and had no idea where to start. We had a large space that just did not work and needed help.

Our backyard was dry in some spots and wet and boggy in others. We had a pool that often spilled over and caused distressed to the neighbours. This, with two sporty kids, a big dog and busy parents needed some creative designed and solutions that would be "outside the square" of traditional ideas.

We had 3 consultations and quotes from other companies but couldn't settle on any of them. Then a friend was discussing an impressive landscape job that he had seen. The company was Alliance Landscapes and so we decided to give our project one last consultation. We are so glad we did!

Our first meeting with Wayne really highlighted their professionalism and advanced problem-solving and lateral thinking skills. Wayne understood the needs of each member of the family and was able to combine that with Alliance's years of experience to give us some amazing ideas. He also understood that this project was allocated on a set budget and had to be deliver as quoted. We then met Peter who would oversee our job and be on site each day. He was kind, considerate and again really understood the challenges of our job. He also knew that this was not a quick fix project. We wanted our backyard to stand the test of time and be able to grow with the changing needs of a family.

Now a year on, I can't fault their workmanship. The quality, pride and attention to detail are second to none. All the way along I was so impressed with Alliance's ability to communicate, the awareness of the budget and to consider the needs of the family during construction phases.

The various professionals that they had working on our job all conducted themselves with great integrity and were very conscious about there job. Our project included brickwork, rendering, paving, tiling, timber work, gardens and lawn. Everybody arrived on time, were considerate of neighbours, worked in a safe manner and cleaned up at the completion of each day. Peter displayed great planning skills, excellent time management and lead his team by example. Everybody worked hard and formed a great team.

Our job did have some challenges however Wayne and Peter were always one step ahead of us in identifying and solving them. They were always available to discuss any concerns and always consulted with us each step of the way. Our new yard is fantastic and has had many great comments over the past year. It is a backyard that now enhances our life.

We will fondly remember all the team from Alliance and would like to thank them all for their hard work in giving as a space that looks like something out of a glamorous magazine. We will be forever grateful.

We have been at our house for nearly 30 years and, in that time, have done quite a number of renovations.  We found the team from Alliance Landscapes to be one of the most professional and engaging that we have dealt with.  From the first discussion that we had with Wayne until the completion of the work, nothing was a problem and solutions to queries or issues were readily and willingly found.  At all times throughout the job there was excellent communication.  Each morning we would review with the team the work done on the previous day to ensure that we were happy with it and Wayne would let us know via telephone and email what was happening at all stages.

It was a pleasure to have the team at our house who greeted and chatted with us every day and also made sure that the area had been left tidy at the end of the day.  These small, but extremely important things, enhanced the professionalism of the team.

We are delighted with the completed work, all visitors to our house have commented on the design and quality of the work.

John and I would like to thank you and your team for the amazing work you have done to our front and back gardens.  The comments from friends, neighbours and the many people who walked by and saw the progress has been extremely positive.
